The municipality of Feldberg is located at the highest point of the pass between Lake Titisee and the Wiese valley, just below the summit of Feldberg Mountain. It is located exactly in the southern part of this territory, in the federal state of Baden-Württemberg. Feldberg is the highest mountain in Germany outside of the Alps and gives its name to the homonymous town. One of the highlights of the region is the oldest nature reserve in Baden-Württemberg.
